Session summary:

The objective of this session is to give you the tools and an opportunity to practice impactful and effective Performance conversations that effectively communicate the outcomes of the Performance Snapshots and encourage your team members to Create Impact.

This session is about practice, practice, practice and the space to play and experiment in a safe environment. You’ll have the opportunity to explore scenarios with actors to maximise your learning.

What are the outcomes?

Every participant will leave the workshop able to:

• Understand the importance of an effective performance conversation
• Understand how a performance conversation differs from other 121s
• Structure a brilliant performance conversation (Framing/Feedback/Feelings/Future and AID/SSC)
• Plan, prepare and manage performance conversations
