We can do anything, but not everything. We must focus to deliver results. Focus means knowing:

1. what we're supposed to deliver
2. why that makes Juro successful
3. how we spend our time and energy to get there

Below are the best practices we encourage Jurors to follow in order to achieve this.

Tuesdays are designated days at Juro without internal meetings. Use this time to focus on deep work without interruption. Exceptions only if:

• All parties agree to have the meeting (e.g. something urgent + important)
• It's an onboarding session
• It's an interview

Please keep Slack noise to a minimum as it can be just as disruptive as a meeting.
